This educational program is for parents who are creating a parenting plan that will be routed through the Tennessee court system. This class fulfills the requirements of TN Code 36-6-401, which mandates that parents creating a new parenting plan complete at least four hours of education on reducing child involvement in parental conflict and supporting the child’s adjustment to changing family circumstances.
